Chelly Scholar Phorn Channary Receives Her University Degree

All of us at The Chelly Foundation are so proud of Channary -- the first Chelly Scholar to receive a university degree. Channary finished a year early at the Vanda Institute with a degree in accounting.  She is continuing her studies in English and we know she will be going on to do great things!  Congratulations!
